⛑️After more than 20 years of service, Barry Blair is retiring from Arrowsmith SAR. His unwavering commitment and critical role in our team have been invaluable. Barry’s contributions have made a significant impact on our community; bringing the lost and injured home since 2001. His positive attitude has been an inspiration to old and new members alike.
😆Barry’s sense of humor and his talent for playing the “lost subject” have always brought joy to our team. As a longtime member of ASAR, Barry has been an enthusiastic participant in various teams and committees, including Rope Rescue, Project Lifesaver, Tracking, First Aid, and Adventure Smart. His exceptional skills with tools have left a lasting and positive mark on our SAR halls, enhancing the capability and functionality of our workspaces.
🏆In recognition of his dedication, Barry was granted a lifetime membership award in 2023. Although he is retiring from ASAR, Barry will continue to support the local community by helping create sets for ECHO Players.
